Project

Bear’N’Stein Brauerei needed a set of eleven distinctive beer labels and mats that would emphasize the handmade quality and authenticity of their products. Each beer was named after a famous song, and the labels needed to reflect this creative concept, sparking curiosity and engaging the consumer’s imagination by connecting visual design, color, text, and taste.

I developed a unique concept and designed illustrations for the beer labels and mats that captured the essence of each product’s name and its handcrafted quality. The design approach utilized negative space to highlight typographic and pictorial elements, creating a sense of intrigue and encouraging customers to engage with the brand on a deeper level. The visual style was crafted to evoke the relationship between the name, image, and taste, fostering a memorable and thought-provoking experience for consumers.

The final design successfully captured the essence of Bear’N’Stein’s craft approach, drawing attention to the authenticity and handmade nature of the beers. The labels and mats became a conversation starter, with positive feedback from both customers and industry professionals. The unique, visually stimulating designs led to increased brand recognition, with a 20% rise in social media engagement, and helped the brewery stand out in a competitive market. Additionally, the labels contributed to the brewery’s increased sales at local craft beer retailers and events.
