The client’s previous website was outdated, static, and failed to effectively communicate their brand message, services, and unique value proposition. It lacked visual appeal and struggled to engage the target audience, resulting in missed opportunities to build brand awareness, establish thought leadership, and attract potential clients.
I led the development of a comprehensive MarCom strategy, collaborating closely with the client to align their messaging with the brand’s core values. After gaining a deep understanding of the market and the needs of Senis’ customers, I created a refreshed concept and content, and directed the design of a dynamic, modern web portal. This involved conducting a detailed content audit, followed by the development of a content strategy focused on storytelling and crafting a compelling value proposition. Throughout the project, I ensured that all content—whether text, visuals, or multimedia—was cohesive and aligned with the brand’s mission and business goals. By leveraging high-quality design and engaging visuals, we modernized the overall user experience and ensured a seamless communication flow, providing content throughout the customer journey.
The new web portal successfully transformed the client’s online presence, resulting in an appealing, modern platform that accurately reflects the brand’s identity.
