I was commissioned to visually support the company’s communication, dissemination & exploitation tasks on a Horizon 2020 research and development project, funded by the EU, named “M3DLoC.” The project aims at 3D printing of microfluidic MEMS for lab-on-a-chip analysis and medical diagnostics.
As a result, I developed the concept and crafted an illustration that explains the whole project’s story: from 3D printing of MEMS to lab-on-a-chip devices that facilitate analysis and medical diagnostics. It will be used for print and digital applications (webpage, presentations, posters, leaflets).
The aim was to effectively, clearly, and memorably communicate complex scientific and technical content adapted to the target audiences, build understanding, extend reach and impact, and promote the project’s results.
